Returns

We take pride in the quality of our products and offer a 1-year warranty for your peace of mind. In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please contact our warranty team at hello@carrylight.com.au for assistance. If your claim is approved by our warranty team, we will replace the defective product free of charge.

Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons other than product defects covered under our warranty. All sales are final.
